ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Gary R. Lloyd CMS is a veteran HVACR service technician (over 20 years) who has worked in various specialties. A firm believer in the value of service education, he is an honor graduate of Ferris State University (Big Rapids, MI) and a member of Chi Gamma Iota Scholastic Honor Society.
He has served as president of both the Greater Detroit Chapter and Michigan Association of Refrigeration Service Engineers Society.
He has written a column entitled “T.E.C.H. Check” for the Air Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration News, as well as numerous articles for Refrigeration Service/Contracting Magazine.
