HVACSuite is based on a modular system of software components.
|
|
HVACSuite is licensed on a 'per machine, per module' basis, which
means that each machine the program is installed on will generate its
own unique Lock number, and each module on the machine will have a
unique Key number that fits only that Lock.
If you wish to unlock HVACSuite on additional machines, you will need to purchase licenses
for each machine, for each module you wish to
activate on that machine.

You can purchase licenses for any module at any time
, to unlock modules. Modules may be licensed and unlocked 'ala carte' at any time, by purchasing the appropriate
licenses below. |

| All online payments, including credit cards and E-checks, are handled by the
PayPal secure processing site.
You do NOT need a PayPal account. Payments must be received in USD,
with any currency conversion costs or processes handled by the
purchaser. Most online payment tools, such as as CC's,
PayPal, E-Checks, etc, can handle this for you. If they charge
you for the currency conversion process, that is between you and
them. If this presents a special problem to anyone, please contact
me via email to make arrangements. |
You do not need to have or create a PayPal account when paying by credit card or E-check. The PayPal
secure credit card processing system will walk you through a normal payment option process, just like any other online purchase.

Cash : I accept cash, but I certainly
don't recommend sending it in the mail ! If I get it, fine. If it gets
lost in the mail, that's not my problem ! Exact change only, please.
Purchase orders, etc : Generally not
accepted. If you have special circumstances that make other payment
forms simply impossible, please contact me about it. If it's just a
case of 'This is our company policy', or 'The book-keeper doesn't like
to issue checks' .... sorry, you have to work that one out on your
end.
Update policy : All updates to purchased
modules are free for one year
from date of purchase. This does not include new 'Major
feature upgrades' where a new module price option applies.
Privacy policy : Your information will
not be released to any other party for any purpose. You may
receive emails from HVACSuite regarding new releases, upgrades, fixes,
etc.
Quantity purchasers / resellers / educational institutions :
Discounts can be discussed. I would like to discuss your
needs with you, and see what we can work out ! Please contact me
by email.
